If you are not absolutely satisfied with your purchase, for any
reason, let us know. We will promptly replace the item or give you
a refund. It's that simple.
Returns
Returned items must be requested within 7 days. First call us toll free first and explain the problem or write the reason for your return on the back of your packing slip. Enclose the slip in the carton, wrap the package securely, and send it to the address on the packing slip.. Write the reason for

you do not have your packing slip, please include the reason for
return, along with your name, e-mail address, and phone number (so
we may call or e-mail you with questions) and send the package to

For
your protection, please use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for shipment.
A credit for the price of the item, a 3% processing fee for orders
under $100.00 or 7% processing fee for orders over $100.00 and applicable
taxes will be applied to your credit card. Shipping and handling
charges are not refundable unless a result of an error by BeyondGourmet.com.
Incorrect Address:
All orders must be complete with the correct address, city, state and zip. BeyondGourmet.com shipping will not be responsible for a gift being incorrectly delivered or being delivered late when a bad address is supplied. We will ship to the address supplied on the order.
- A minimum of a $15.00 Fee will be added to your bill when a bad address is supplied and the carried needs to make an address correction or when a suite number/apartment number is not supplied. This fee may and will be incurred any time a zip code, city and state do not match. This fee may vary depending on the delivery option chosen (Overnight, 2 to 4 Day Express, etc…)
- Claims or request for refunds on gifts returned due to a bad address will not be honored.
- Claims for late deliveries due to missing suite numbers/apartment numbers or incorrect information will not be honored.

Exchanges
Our return center cannot process exchanges. If you have found another
item on our site that you would prefer over the one originally ordered,
please return the original item and place a separate order for the
new item. We will notify you via e-mail when the return has been
processed.
